Our Estate Agency business, Hunters Estate Agents of Barnet, was originally opened in 1992.
At that time, we were based at number 17 High Street and locals with a long memory may recall our recessed covered entrance displaying properties.
In 2008, we relocated to our current premises at 41 High Street, whilst our old office was demolished to make way for an apartment building.
Hunters Estate Agents in Barnet was acquired in 2003 by the current partners, Michael Holloway, who is the partner responsible for the residential sales and Martin Richards, who is responsible for residential lettings.
Over the past 30 years, and certainly, since taking responsibility for the business in 2003, both Martin and myself and course our families and colleagues have worked hard to gain and build the trust of our clients, local business associates and the local people of Barnet.
Estate Agency can be a difficult business, it’s often said to be the third most stressful thing people will encounter in life. We never forget this valuable insight and whilst sometimes things don’t always go smoothly, we continue to strive to offer a professional and caring service. Our Residential Letting Business
On acquisition of the business in 2003, the residential lettings department was opened, utilising Martin’s experience in this field and the burgeoning lettings market.
Today their lettings business is a successful and integral part of the Hunters business with many hundreds of rental properties currently managed by the lettings team.
The Partners
Both myself, Michael, and Martin have many years of experience dealing with clients property sales and rentals within North London.
We have spent the past 20 years as estate agents in Barnet, proudly serving the local Barnet community and have an enviable reputation for providing a great service, and consistently being the top-performing agent in Barnet.
Today, the company has a real ‘family feel’ with 2 generations now involved in the business, complementing the wealth of experience of Michael and Martin with youthful exuberance and modern approach.
